In appropriate cases, he works on a contingent fee basis. However, his fees typically are fee for service, and his rates are comparable to other attorneys in the Charleston area. All information related to fees and payment is confirmed in writing in the form of a retainer agreement or letter.

Fees typically are fee-for-service by the hour. The hourly rates are comparable to other attorneys in the Charleston area. You will have the opportunity to review the retainer agreement during your initial consultation.

Payment & Billing Policies

Typically, a retainer fee is required at the start of relationship. The firm accepts credit cards and, where appropriate, payment plans.
